- Currently we do not allow administrators to resend activation mails to users
- However, you can try either of the following, in case the user has missed the email or is not able to find that email
- Ask the user to go

- ->click “login”->enter his/her email id->click on “continue” and click on”forgot password”.The user will get an email on his/her email id from where they can change their password and login to itilite

- You can reach out to itilite support us if you want us to reset the user’s password from our end
