Some customers are seeing intermittent error messages while logging into their ITILITE accounts. We\u2019re aware of the issue and are working on it to resolve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the recent update to Chrome and Edge, due to technical changes in the header architecture, we are unable to process the login request. Meanwhile, you can go through the following steps which will resolve the problem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chrome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Step 1) At the top right, click the three vertical dots icon. Hover over \u201cMore Tools\u201d and then select \u201cClear Browsing Data\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2) Click the arrow in the box next to \u201cTime Range\u201d to expand the menu and then select the desired time range. This is set to \u201cAll Time\u201d by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3) Once the boxes are checked, select the \u201cClear Data\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Step 1) At the upper right corner, click on the edge menu button and click on Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2) Under Clear browsing data, click on \u201cChoose what to clear\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3) Check the boxes next to \u201cCookies and saved website data\u201d and \u201cCached data and files\u201d. Click on Clear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
